In 2022, Sargam Koushal participated in the Mrs India World 2022 beauty pageant and won the title of Mrs India World 2022. 

After qualifying in the competion for Mrs India World 2022, she went through various personality enhancing sessions with famous specialistst from the industry.

 A total of 51 contestants from all across the country qualified the contest. 

The grand finale of the this contest was held at NESCO Center, Goregaon, Mumbai on 15 June 2022. 

After winning all the multiple rounds, Sargam Koushal was announced as the Mrs India World 2022 and was crowned as the Mrs India World 2022
